I was driving from Cleveland OH to my lake house in Seneca South Carolina in a BMW 750i X drive with some very fancy tires that run flat. They blow out very easily and yes one did on the I-77 so I crawled to the Fairplain WV exit and then on to Ripley as I thought I would have to rent a car to go home and somehow pick up my car later . I was 450 miles away from home. Imagine as I am driving to Enterprise rent a car in Ripley I see Swanns Tire repair and can not believe my luck. Went in at 8.20am on a Saturday morning and spoke to a lovely lady about my tire. I am from England so I think she thought I was lost as I talk funny. She said she actually had one of the tires in stock so I could not believe it . In the end i had to replace all 4 tires as the existing tires were run flat and you can not mix and match with NON run flat tires. They even had 4 tires as well. So a nice gentleman and two ladies completely saved my day and got me going by 10am. I am now home 450 miles away in South Carolina. I was so thankful for their help and very kind attitude as I was not even a local person. Thanks so much and I would recommend the Swann Tire shop to everyone
Absolutely the most friendly, honest, fair pricing business in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for straight up honest folks to work with you. None better in the town if Ripley.
Superb business to work with. Have had several dealings with them and they have always been honest about what I actually need. Helped my daughter in college without an appointment. Got me straight in and patched a hole in my tire a couple months back. Today, they checked my tires when I had a wobble a fixed it right away, no appointment.
