Very personable and helpful. I am not from the area but needed tires while visiting. They were the only place I called willing to talk to me and help figure out what I needed. When I got there they took the car right back and I was in and out. With a reasonable price. I'm considering making the trip later for tires on my pickup closer to winter. I would certainly recommend Swann's Tire.
They are super honest and kind people. They got us tires at a very good price and worked with us for paying for them because we weren't expecting to replace them so soon. They went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I, and we just moved into the area from Northern VA. They even looked up information for us involving what we would need for the DMV, and they didn't even have too! We are definitely going to them from now on for our car needs.
While returning home from Ohio to Venice Florida traveling on I-77 at 6AM on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, the alternator on our van took a dump. I made it to the Ripley exit and the folks at Walmart directed me to Swann's. At 7:30 something these folks said they would get me fixed up but I would need to wait as there were others with appointments ahead of me (no problem, my van was DOA). Unbelieveably, the repairs were made and we were back on the highway before 9AM. The repairs were good and the price was way too fair, especially for the day etc. These are the most honest and kind people you will ever meet. If you are traveling in this area or if you break down in their neck of the woods. Stop in, they are the VERY BEST!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Again........
Called about some tires on a wintry Monday, they said that despite the storm they could have them the next day. I was a little suspicious, but I showed up, the tires were there, and I was in and out of there in an hour or so and that even included an alignment. Nicest people, too. I guess there's a reason why everyone told me that's the place to go! I'll be back, and what's awesome is that they do more than just tires. One stop service.
Superb business to work with. Have had several dealings with them and they have always been honest about what I actually need. Helped my daughter in college without an appointment. Got me straight in and patched a hole in my tire a couple months back. Today, they checked my tires when I had a wobble a fixed it right away, no appointment.
